What you are buying
Coins are prepaid virtual credits used on Baddies Live for gifts, private sessions and other paid features. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account. The price of each Coin pack is shown in full before you confirm a purchase.
How billing works
Card payments are processed by an independent, licensed payment provider that specialises in adult-industry billing. Baddies Live never sees or stores your full card number. Purchases are one-time charges: nothing on Baddies Live enrols you in a recurring subscription or rebills you without a new purchase you confirm yourself.
What appears on your statement
Your card statement will show the payment provider's descriptor rather than the name Baddies Live, to protect your privacy. The exact descriptor is shown on the checkout page and on your receipt email before you pay. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before contacting your bank - we can identify it in seconds.
Refunds
Unused Coins from a purchase can be refunded in full if you request it within 14 days of the purchase and none of the Coins from that purchase have been spent. Coins that have already been spent on gifts, private sessions or other features are non-refundable, because the creator or service has already been paid for them. Duplicate charges, charges made in error, and purchases that never credited to your account are refunded in full at any time. Email support@baddieslivechat.com with the date, amount and the email on your account.
Disputes and chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank - almost every issue is resolved faster and in full by email. Accounts that raise chargebacks for Coins that were spent may be suspended, and the disputed amount may be recovered from the account balance. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks are reported to the payment provider.
Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to view adult content where you live to purchase Coins. Purchases made in breach of this are void and may be refunded and the account closed.
